St Vincent & the Grenadines  - Paget Farm, Bequia
The boat in the foreground which uses a dismountable mast and sail is called a 'double-ender' because of its similarity in design at both ends.  It is a smaller version of the whale boats of old.
The channel is the traditional whaling area between Paget Farm seen on the left and the grenadine Islands of Petit Nevis, Mustique and Isle a Quatre on the horizon  Though wales are increasingly rare now, the whaling station here still exists.
