Antigua- Urlings

The fishing boats of Antigua are distinguished by their box-like cabins as seen here.  Traditionally they carried sails, but these are rarely used today.
The constant presence of seagulls over the village indicate the abundance of fish in waters nearby.
On old maps of Antigua, the Urlings area, sheltered by Cades Reef, was known as "glebe" meaning "Churchland". The village is named after the Urlings family.
