Tobago - Fish Vendor

The Tobago roadside fish vendor positions herself strategically for yet another catch: the flow of people to or from home or work. Stationed at a wooden bench or table which is sometimes covered, the fish vendor sells a variety that includes dolphin, kingfish, grouper and redfish.

Tobago fish vendors very artistically gut their fish prior to selling. Vendors on the island are generally referred to as 'traffickers'.
